I understand that a National BSA staffer has analyzed the three camps and was to make recommendations to the Santa Clara Council. I was at Pico over Labor Day weekend and overheard some Scouters talking about Pico's future. They mentioned the possible option of Pico becoming a high adventure base. Any basis to these rumors?
